$10 Flat Rate Standard Shipping for all orders under $150

* All Hot Tool orders include a $28 Shipping cost

$15 Flat Rate Rural Shipping for all rural orders

 

 

Click + Collect (Christchurch Only) 
You will receive an email to confirm your order is ready to collect. If you do not receive this within three working days please email us at reception@truegrit.co.nz. These are some handy tips for picking up your order with no fuss:

Please bring your order confirmation email with you to pickup your order. This is to make sure you get the right order! If another person is collecting on your behalf they will need to show your order confirmation email at point of collection.

Standard Shipping 
We aim to ship all NZ orders within 1-2 days of you placing your order but occasionally in busy times orders can take 2-4 days for us to process.

Domestic orders are sent using various carriers. Although we endeavour to deliver to you asap it can take 2-4 working days to arrive after your payment has been confirmed. If the order has not arrived by then please email reception@truegrit.co.nz with your order number and contact details.

If you are in a rush to get the goods, please let us know and we will do our best to get things moving faster.

Rural Shipping 
All Rural orders will take 1-3 days longer than Standard Shipping and a $15.00 charge will apply regardless of your order spend. Please choose the Rural Shipping option at checkout if your shipping address is rural. Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to rural addresses unless you tick the rural option of shipping and pay the extra $15.00 (NZD). Our Process 
We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible and this is usually within two business day. In busy times orders will be processed within four working days and shipped within five maximum. There are only a few of us and we will try our hardest to ship your order as fast as we can. Orders will not be dispatched until full payment has been received and True Grit is satisfied with the integrity of the order. When we receive your order we’ll send you a confirmation email of your purchase, this will contain an invoice of the item/s and its cost. We will also send you your tracking number once the item has been dispatched.

We cannot ship to PO Boxes or Private Bags so just give us your Aunty or Grandma’s address and then you can take over from there.

All of our delivery methods are fully track and traceable.
